On March 09, 2024 Students of VFAHT-UOL took part in Hepatitis B & C Screening Camp held at Jamiat Hospital, Lahore in collaboration with The Health Foundation (THF). In addition to conducting screenings, our dedicated volunteers embarked on a mission to raise public awareness about hepatitis by engaging in door-to-door outreach within the local community surrounding the hospital.
Through the collaborative endeavors of our volunteers and THF, a total of 208 individuals underwent screening, contributing to the early detection and management of hepatitis. Those who tested positive were offered comprehensive follow-up plans and counseling sessions to ensure their well-being and understanding of the condition.
