On April 30, 2024, VFAHT-ZU and ZUHK-NORTH collaborated to host a blood donation drive combined with Hepatitis B and C screening. The initiative garnered an incredible response, with over 100 individuals registering to participate. A remarkable 58 pints of blood were collected, showcasing the community’s generosity and dedication to public health.

The event saw enthusiastic participation from students, healthcare workers, faculty, and staff, all contributing to this noble cause. Notably, no Hepatitis B or C positive cases were identified, underscoring the importance of continued screening and awareness efforts.
