GGPS Girls Primary School in Amanatpura, Sialkot
On January 22, 2025, IPAC Foundation in partnership with the Progressive Education Network (PEN), organized an Annual Health Screening Camp at GGPS Girls Primary School in Amanatpura, Sialkot. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to improving the health and well-being of students and staff through comprehensive health screenings.
We screened 107 students and staff, and nearly half of the students showed signs of PICA, URTIs, sore throats, and nutritional deficiencies. Dental exams revealed cavities and gum disease, while vision tests emphasized the need for early eye care. One staff member tested positive for Hepatitis C and was referred to CCHC for treatment.
We are focused on screening, treating, and promoting better health in schools, with more camps planned to foster healthier learning environments.
