Dr. Nuzhat Chalisa, Member, Board of Trustees, IPAC Foundation, and Medical Director for Endocrinology and Diabetes Education at Morris Hospital, Chicago, provided consultations to patients at CCHC. She also shared valuable insights and recommendations to further strengthen diabetes care and management services at the centre.

A total of 76 individuals were screened during the camp, of whom 69 were found to be hyperglycemic. All 76 participants received diabetes medications, and 10 HbA1c tests were conducted. The camp provided medical consultations, blood sugar testing, medicines, and subsidized HbA1c testing to promote early diagnosis and improved diabetes management within the community.
